About these terms

ProjectFlow Academy is run by Project Flow Ltd. You can contact us at info@projectflow.co.uk.

By activating an account or using ProjectFlow Academy you agree to these terms. If your employer or organisation has a separate written agreement with us about your training, that agreement takes priority where it differs.

We are independent of Atlassian

ProjectFlow Academy and Project Flow Ltd are independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by Atlassian in any way, and nothing here is official Atlassian training or part of Atlassian University. Our courses are our own work, are not a copy or version of any Atlassian course, and do not lead to any Atlassian certification.

Atlassian, Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence and other product names mentioned are trademarks or registered trademarks of Atlassian (or their respective owners). We use them only to say which software our training is about.

Your account

• Access is by invitation, and your account is for you alone. Please don't share your login with anyone.
• Keep your password secret, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
• Give us accurate details and keep them up to date.

Course content

All course content (videos, text, images, files and exercises) belongs to Project Flow Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright. While you have access we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to view it for your own learning.

You must not:

• copy, download, record, screen-capture or redistribute the content, or share it with people who don't have access;
• resell it, or use it to run your own training or courses;
• use it to train artificial intelligence models.

Your employer may of course use what you learn in their own work. These rules are about copying the material itself.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to break into or disrupt the site, get around its access limits, scrape it with automated tools, or use it for anything unlawful.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may update, reorganise or remove content at any time. Software products such as Jira change often, so some screens may differ from what you see.

No guarantee of results

Our courses give general training and guidance, and we do our best to make them clear and useful. But we can't guarantee that taking a course, even all of it, will give you any particular skill, qualification, job, promotion or business result. How much you learn depends on you, your own systems and how much you practise.

A course is one part of learning. It does not replace hands-on practice, the official product documentation, or professional advice for your specific situation. You remain responsible for how you apply what you learn, and for testing changes before using them on live systems.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and your legal rights as a consumer are not affected. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability to you for anything connected with the site is limited to the amount you (or your organisation) paid for your access in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending access

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing info@projectflow.co.uk. How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
